Within one platform it is possible to manage garage subscriptions as well as exemptions and parking permits. ParQ is designed with the flexibility to separately administer different target groups, including residents, businesses, visitors, informal caregivers and handyman companies. Moreover, the user-friendly interface of ParQ makes it easy and simple for users to register and deregister visitors. Control with the applicant

Our user-friendly self-service portal allows permit holders in the municipality to independently apply for and manage their parking products. The key words here are autonomy and ease of use. This means that the role of the municipality shifts from issuing permits to checking compliance with legality.

Efficient implementation, designed for every municipality

ParQ is designed with respect for the unique needs of every municipality. When implementing our system, we focus on the timelines and wishes of the municipality. Through optimal cooperation during implementation, it is possible to make ParQ operational in the municipality within 2 to 4 months.

ParQ is a complete and flexible application. The use of ParQ is extremely intuitive and flexible for both municipal employees and permit holders, with the number of process steps reduced to a minimum.

Entering and adjusting the parking policy can be carried out by municipal employees themselves within ParQ. ParQ tests and handles applications independently. Only in exceptional cases does a municipal employee need to take action themselves.

Every municipality has access to the full functionality of our platform and determines for itself which functionality to make operational. What is not used is not shown. Qualogy guides the municipality from a to z, to ensure that ParQ fits perfectly with the parking policy.

Partnership and Support

Qualogy strives for close collaboration with our customers. At regular intervals, we inform our customers about new functionalities and expected developments within ParQ. This ranges from bi-weekly meetings with all relationships to a monthly individual session per customer.
